Fruity breakfast muesli

Its easy to make your own delicious mueslis by soaking oats overnight and then mixing in fruits of your choice in the morning. Use the fine porridge oats to make the muesli and not the large oats.
Ingredients
4tbsp rolled oats
2tbsp raisins
6tbsp Rachel’s Organic whole milk
1 small eating apple (approx 130g) peeled, cored and chopped)
1 small ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
2tbsp water or apple juice
Method
Soak the oats in milk overnight or for at least a couple of hours. Meanwhile put the chopped apple and pear in a saucepan, cover and cook for 8 to10 minutes over a low heat. Remove from the heat and mash with a fork.
In the morning, stir the cooked apple and pear together with the oats and raisins.
