Sunshine Smoothie

There are times when children are off their food. Maybe because they are unwell or maybe because they are too busy playing or working to take the time to eat a proper meal. Giving your child something nutritious to drink, like a smoothie, might be a good idea. It can also be fun for children to make smoothies themselves, so it might be a good idea to invest in a smoothie maker.
Ingredients
1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks
100g mango chunks
1tsp honey
150ml Rachel’s Organic Luscious Low Fat Vanilla yogurt
150ml pineapple juice
4tbsp orange juice
Method
Put the banana, mango and honey into a blender and whizz for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth. Add the pineapple and orange juice and whizz again, until frothy. Pour into a glass to serve.
