Morphy Richards Competition Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply for our Rachel’s free prize draw to win one of three bundles of Morphy Richards kitchen ware:
1. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Rachel’s Dairy Ltd., its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. For a chance to win, visit either the website "competition" page or Facebook Competition tab between 6th February and midnight March 5th 2012 and complete the survey. All entrants will be entered into the free prize draw.
3. All entries can be made via the Rachel’s Facebook page or the Rachel’s website.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that cannot be made, are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not received for any reason whatsoever.
5. All normal Internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
6. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision and notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. All reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winners, but if this cannot be achieved within a further 28 days the promoter reserves the right to cancel prize entitlement and award the prize to reserves drawn at the same time as the originals.
7. There will be three winners of the free prize draw winning one set of Morphy Richards Kitchen ware consisting of 1 x Red 2 slice Toaster, 1 x Red Traditional Kettle, 1 x Red Hand Mixer and 1x Red Hand Blender.
8. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize.
10. By choosing to opt in on the competition entry form you will be opt in to receive emails from Morphy Richards Home of the House Proud.
11. The name and county of the winners will be available on request from Haygarth House 28-31, High Street, Wimbledon Village, SW19 5BY.
12. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
