Quick & Easy Tiramisu
Rachel's Organic Greek Style Yogurt
1 shot Espresso Coffee
Dark Chocolate (good quality, about 70% cocoa solids) grated
Amaretti biscuits
Glass of Marsala wine
Use two individual coffee cups or a bowl. Pour the Marsala and Espresso into a bowl, and carefully dip the Amaretti biscuits until they are soft but not soggy, and build up a layer in the bottom of the cups. Cover the biscuits in a layer of grated dark chocolate. Spoon over a layer of the Greek style Yogurt. Repeat the layers with the Amaretti biscuits dipped in the Marsala and coffee, topped with a layer of grated chocolate then finish off with a final layer of yogurt. Leave in a fridge for at least 2 hours if not overnight. Serve with a good sprinkling of grated chocolate.
