Need an instant pick-me-up? Milk and yogurt have skin softening and soothing benefits that work wonders on out of condition skin. Try one of these quick to do treats:
Blend 1 tsp. Rachel’s Organic Natural Yogurt with 2 tsp. full fat milk with two drops lavender oil, smooth over clean dry skin and relax for 10 minutes before rinsing off.
Oily skin? Cucumber is a natural astringent: peel ½ cucumber, slice and mash through a sieve or smooth in a blender. Mix with ½ cup Rachel’s Organic Natural Whole Milk yogurt and massage lightly over skin for 5-10 minutes. Splash off with warm water.
If skin is sensitive, blend together 1 tsp. Rachel’s Organic Cream with 2 tsp. water and a pinch of sea salt. Smooth paste over skin and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse off.
