GFS NEC 011Amazingly – over 34 thousand samples of our products were tried our last show of the year - the BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham! Visitors got the chance to try our limited edition Spiced Pear & Plum yogurt and the response was just wonderful!

It was a fantastic show to round the year off and a real pleasure to meet so many of our loyal customers at the show. So a big thank you if you were there! And if you weren’t – we hope to see you next year!

Cultured milk may have cancer benefits

Cultured milk products may help lower the risk of bladder cancer, according to a recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical i-milkinaglassNutrition.

Cultured milk products are made by adding lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus to milk. As it had previously been suggested that cultured milk products, such as sour milk and yogurt, may play a protective role against bladder cancer, Swedish researchers further examined this relationship.
